This is a test to determine the severity of constipation.
- Allow 5 consecutive days (Monday – Friday).
- Monday – 2 appointments (morning and afternoon).
- Tuesday – Friday – 1 appointment only (morning).
- No laxatives from the weekend before your appointment till the end of your Friday scan.
- (Monday only) No food or drink 6 hours before.
- (Tuesday – Friday) you can eat and drink normally.
- Each appointment takes 15 minutes.
